To rent with us, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Provide a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Have a credit card on file
Yes! Just call or text us at 361-300-2355, and we’ll walk you through the process.
- All drivers must be 21 or older
- Each driver must sign the rental agreement
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance must be uploaded with the agreement
- Only authorized drivers may operate the golf cart
- Gas: Yes, please fill the tank with regular unleaded gas before returning the cart.
- Cleaning: No need! In fact, we ask that you do not wash the cart, as improper washing can cause mechanical issues.
Yes! We offer delivery and pickup within Port Aransas for a $25 fee. This option can be added when booking.
- We do NOT deliver to:
- Locations past Beach Mile Marker 45
- Corpus Christi
- Aransas Pass
All our golf carts run on gas, and refilling is easy:
- Lift the back seat by pulling up on the hip restraints
- Fill the tank with regular unleaded gas
You CAN drive on:
- All local streets in Port Aransas
- Designated beach access roads
- The beach (up to Mile Marker 45)
You CANNOT drive on:
- Highway 361 – Golf carts are prohibited on this highway
- Past Beach Mile Marker 45
We get it—plans change! Here’s how our cancellations work:
- Cancel 24+ hours before pickup: No charge, full refund
- Cancel within 24 hours or no-show: We reserve the right to charge one full rental day

Yes! Golf carts are considered motor vehicles, so Texas traffic laws apply. If your child requires a car seat in a regular vehicle, they will need one in a golf cart.
Marlins Beach Carts does NOT provide car seats—you must bring your own.
No deposit is required.
Unfortunately, Mother Nature is out of our control, and our cancellation policy remains the same, rain or shine.
